IHCA aims to promote and ensure that participants realise their full potential and get the best possible outcome .
IHCA promotes active ageing through a person centred care approach to their senior clients. By specialising and focusing on clients aged 50 and above, we make sure our programs and health services are suitable, targeted and relevant to our client’s needs, at their stage of life.

IHCA’s unique combination of onsite health service practitioners and fitness professionals ensure that our treatment complements the client’s wellbeing. Our movement program enhance flexibility, strength and an overall holistic approach to health, recovery and rehab. Ensuring clients are active, engaged and healthy every day lies at the core of our person centred care mantra.
Our health professionals provide services that include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, dietetics and speech pathology. These services and some of our exercise programs are provided at residential and independent living locations.
Tailored aged care services
IHCA provides a range of specialised Allied Health Services, individual, and group fitness programs.
Our exercise programs range from group sessions, to one-on-one personal training to address any specific areas or help with fitness, rehabilitation of an injury, or recovery from surgery. Our services are provided for both residential and independent living locations.
IHCA Disability Services
IHCA provides comprehensive and tailored services to cater for the many and varied needs of our clients.
Our Allied health team has a depth of experience in guiding clients through the NDIS process, utilising proven and compliant practises whilst optimising funding in order to achieve the best outcomes to help them improve their standard of living.
